Guiding

I guide on a small number of waters which I know well.      

These include a beautiful old estate lake, which regularly

produces specimen pike, a spectacular, productive,

natural lake in Wales, trout reservoirs and the rivers Wye

and Bristol Avon.

We'll choose a venue which matches your abilities and

requirements.

Apart from my guiding sessions, I also do a lot of

investigative fishing. This means that I can put you in the

right location and set you fishing with effective flies and

techniques.

I'd be a liar if I claimed that I could guarantee success every time! However, my guiding clients

landed several

hundred pike last year, including a number of fish weighing more than 20lbs.

I provide a simple, tasty shore lunch and can supply tackle and flies for the day. All the waters

that I guide on are home to interesting wildlife.

Apart from helping you to catch pike, I also try to ensure that you learn as much as possible in the

day.
